Our products are packaged to ensure they arrive to you in good condition. However very occasionally items will arrive damaged or with defects. If this does occur then please follow these guidelines :
Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you received the damaged product and describe the damage and illustrate it with photos.
Replacement : Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will try to replace the item free of charge. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods. By making a payment we are not entering into a contract of sale.
Should a refund be requested, then the refund will be made as soon as the item has been returned.
In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
